ring just got stuck on my finger...I had to go to the nearby Fire Station to have the ring cut off because my finger got swollen pretty badly in such a short time. Then I needed to attend my friends' wedding the week after, so I had to get it fixed right away. Quest Fine Jewelers not only fixed the ring and made it look flawless, but also made it a little bigger to fit my finger perfectly. The customer service was simply awesome, and the owner of the shop was very professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's shopping for an engagement ring (since they seem to have lots of great selections!) and anyone who needs to resize his or her ring to make it look perfect again.

I wanted and my fiancé went back later and had a custom ring built with the details of all of the rings I liked and a diamond that has been passed down through from his grandmother! Once I got the ring, it fit like a glove! Shortly after we went back to have it appraised, they did it in house and took less than an hour! We will definitely be buying our bands from them soon!

in ordering my wedding band and came into the store about 4 weeks before our wedding. We worked with the president Pete, and he was super friendly, super helpful and super professional. I custom ordered a men's wedding band from Lashbrook, which turned out better than I could imagine, and by normal procedures it should not have been possible to get my ring before our wedding date. However, Pete assured us that he would make it happen. Pete not only put pressure on the company to rush order my ring, he personally called them 4 times and the ring actually ended up arriving a week prior to my wedding. That's the definition of great customer service. Quest also resized my fiancé's engagement and wedding rings and she is now in love with how much better they fit. My fiancée and I will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry purchases and we recommend this place for anyone in the market. Hats off to Quest.
