Regular maintenance is important for the long-term care of your fine jewelry. We offer jewelry cleaning and inspection to keep your jewelry in excellent condition years after purchase. Routine cleaning prevents the buildup of dust and grease and removes microscopic scratches. Inspections help proactively identify repairs, such as loose prongs that may result in lost stones if left unattended. We recommend taking your jewelry in to be cleaned and inspected every six months to once a year. 
 
Note: All pieces purchased from Quest are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. We ask that you come in every six months to once a year to maintain the warranty coverage. 

COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING & INSPECTION

At Quest, we offer complimentary ultrasonic and steam cleaning, depending on the condition and type of your jewelry. Our cleaning process typically includes:

    •  Ultrasonic cleaning to remove built-up dirt and oils
    •  Steam cleaning for a brilliant finish
    •  Polishing (when needed) to restore shine

Most cleanings are completed while you wait in about 15 minutes, and no appointment is necessary. 
We invite you to stop by any weekday before 5PM to take advantage of this service and keep your treasures in top shape. 
Your jewelry deserves the same care and attention as the memories it holds. Let us help you keep it looking its best.
