Step 1Sketching

Create a custom piece with a member of our custom design team! We start the process by collaborating with you to conceptualize and sketch out the design. It can begin with a rough pencil sketch, where the idea is laid out in a visual format. The design includes details such as the size, shape, and arrangement of the piece. At this point, further consultations and adjustments can be made to perfect the design before committing to the next steps.

Step 2 CAD Rendering

Once the design is approved, it's time to bring it to life digitally through Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. In this stage, a 3D model of the jewelry is created. This highly detailed and precise digital rendering allows the designer to explore the piece from all angles. CAD also provides an accurate representation of how the jewelry will look when finished, including the scale, proportions, and settings for gemstones.

Step 3 Casting

The next step is metal casting. The 3D model is used to create a mold, typically made of rubber or wax. The mold is then filled with molten metal, such as gold, silver, or platinum. The casting process solidifies the metal into the shape of the jewelry design. Once cooled, the metal piece is carefully removed from the mold, and any rough edges or imperfections are smoothed out.

Step 4Stone Setting & Final Touches

The final phase is where the piece is completed. In this stage, any diamonds or gemstones are selected and carefully set into the jewelry. This process requires precision to ensure the stones are secure and aligned. After setting the stones, the piece undergoes additional finishing touches, including polishing and final finishes. This is where the jewelry achieves its final shine, smoothness, or matte finish, making it ready for wear.

Each of these steps requires a high level of skill and attention to detail, ensuring the final custom jewelry piece is both beautiful and unique to the wearer.
